What's Happening to My Body? ...and How to Deal with It. Pre and Postnatal changes
Come ready to move! This workshop for postpartum moms will help you reconnect with your body. We start with a 10 minute introduction on what is changing with your body (don't worry, we won't talk about hormones!) then 30 minutes of Pilates (including take-home exercises). After this workshop you will go home having begun your journey to being comfortable in your body.
